From STS KR Warehouse to PH Port
Once your package reaches our Korea warehouse, declaring it correctly is what keeps everything moving smoothly. Here's the full process.
When should I declare my package?
Register your package under Add Package on your dashboard as soon as you have its details — you don't need to wait for it to reach our Korea warehouse. When you register, you'll see a "Delivered Date at KR Warehouse" field. If you don't know the date yet, just leave it blank; the package still saves, but it stays pending and can't be processed by STS Admin until a date is set. Once your sender confirms drop-off or the package arrives, open it from My Packages, tap Edit, and pick the correct Delivered Date.
Declared your Delivered Date late? Packages without a Delivered Date stay pending and can't be processed. If you set the date after your package has already arrived, it may be sent for manual review and charged the Manual Rate of ₱350/kg once confirmed by STS Admin (usually within 1–2 business days). Storage fees may also apply.
Do you open or re-box packages?
We don't offer repacking, and we don't open boxes to check contents ourselves. That said, inspections from both Korean and Philippine customs may open a package if further inspection is required.
How to declare a package, step by step
- Register on the STS website
- Verify your account — check your registered email and complete verification
- Add your package under Add Package and fill in all details correctly. This step matters: incomplete or inaccurate declarations can lead to fines, account holds, surrendered packages, or legal action for restricted items. Please review our terms of use and privacy policy before declaring.
- Set the Delivered Date — once your package arrives at our Korea warehouse, open it from My Packages, tap Edit, and pick the correct "Delivered Date at KR Warehouse." Double-check every detail before saving. (Don't know the date yet? Leave it blank and set it later.)
- Track your status from your dashboard — open any package to see its live status and Batch Code once one is assigned
- Wait for it to arrive — relax until your package status changes to "Arrived PH"
Once declared, it's final: packages can't be edited after declaration, so it's worth double-checking everything before you confirm.
