STS Cargoes
STS offers two ways to ship — sea cargo and air cargo. They use different warehouses in Korea, so it's worth knowing which one applies to you.
Two different warehouses: Sea cargo ships from our Gimpo warehouse, and air cargo ships from our Guri warehouse. Your STS profile shows the sea cargo address by default — if you need the air cargo address, message us on Facebook or email support@stslogistics.co.
Sea cargo
Our most popular option, and the most affordable. Packages that arrive at our Korea warehouse are grouped into a batch and shipped together.
- Ships out every week, usually on Thursdays (some weeks have two batches if volume is high)
- Arrives in the Philippines in 2–3 weeks — 2 weeks during regular season, closer to 3 during peak season
How do I know my package batch code?
- Log in to your STS dashboard
- Go to "My Packages" on menu and see under Batch Code
You may also click your package to view a detailed shipping status.
If you already have your package code, you can also track it directly at stslogistics.co/track-package.
Air cargo
For when you need it faster. Air cargo ships out any day except weekends and holidays — packages move as soon as there's available space on a flight.
- Arrives in the Philippines in just 1–4 days
- Cannot be consolidated — if you have multiple packages, make sure they all arrive at our warehouse together
Declaring your air cargo package on the STS website is required — this is what allows us to process, trace, and release it to you once it lands.
