From K-Sender to STS KR Warehouse
Everything starts with getting your package safely from your Korean sender or seller to our Korea warehouse. Here's what to know and what to tell them.
What should I tell my K-sender or seller?
- Ask them to double-check the shipping details before sending
- If a package is delivered to the wrong address, the sender is responsible for arranging the return or refund and resending to the correct address
- All fees and dues should be fully paid before the package is dropped off
- Ask them to confirm with you as soon as the package is dropped off — this matters because it's how you'll know the correct delivered date to declare
Where do I find my Korean shipping address?
- Log in to your STS account and open your Dashboard.
- In the left sidebar, under Account, click "Korean Address." The page titled "Your Korean Shipping Address" shows your personal address, already filled in with your own member code.
Quick tip: the fastest way to grab your address is the "Copy all" button at the top of that card.
Help with the Korean address fields
The dashboard shows the address split into the same fields most Korean shops ask for:
- Recipient name: STS / [your code] — for example, if your member code is STS-1234, this reads STS 1234.
- Address Line 1: 경기도 김포시 대곶면 대곶서로 152
- Address Line 2: (주)지우 창고-STS-[your code]
- Postal code: 10042
When a Korean shop asks for a first and last name at checkout, enter STS as the First Name and your member code as the Last Name. Always include your member code in the recipient name so your package can be correctly identified at the warehouse.
Using an English-version site? We recommend sticking to the official Korean site when shopping locally — it's the safest way to avoid your package getting lost or misdelivered. Global/English versions are meant for international shipping, not domestic Korean delivery. If you do choose to use one anyway, that's at your own risk. The English equivalent is: 152 Daegotseo-ro, Daegot-myeon, Gimpo-si — Jiwoo Warehouse. Keep your member code on the recipient name either way. If the field requires manual typing rather than a dropdown selection, please paste the original Korean address from your STS account instead.
When can my K-sender drop off the package?
Our Korea office is open Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, and closed on public holidays. Please ask your courier not to leave the package outside — if no one's available to receive it or the office is closed, they should come back during office hours.
For the delivery message box, this note works well: 창고 안에 넣어주세요 (please leave it inside the warehouse).
What if my package is coming from outside South Korea?
We do accept packages from abroad at our Korea warehouse. Just make sure all fees — item cost, delivery, importation, handling, and any other charges — are fully settled before it arrives. Packages with unpaid fees or dues will be rejected at the warehouse to avoid conflicts between STS and your sender.
I'm not sure of my delivery date — what do I do?
When you register a package under Add Package, you'll see a "Delivered Date at KR Warehouse" field. If you don't know the date yet, just leave it blank — the package still saves, but it stays pending and can't be processed by STS Admin until a date is set.
Once your sender confirms the drop-off, or the package reaches our Korea warehouse, open it from My Packages, tap Edit, and pick the correct Delivered Date from the date picker. That moves it out of pending. You can track its status anytime from your dashboard.
Why the Delivered Date matters: packages without a Delivered Date remain pending and can't be processed. Late-declared packages may be reviewed and charged the Manual Rate (₱350/kg), and storage fees may also apply.
