How long does sea cargo take?
Sea cargo typically takes 2-3 weeks from South Korea to Philippines. Ship out is every week by batch. Track your package in your STS dashboard.
How long does air cargo take?
Air cargo arrives in 3-5 days. Packages can depart any day except Sunday. Fixed rate of PHP 600/lb.
Can I consolidate packages to save on shipping?
Yes — sea cargo can be consolidated. Multiple packages from the same batch can be combined to reduce fees. Air cargo cannot be consolidated.
Where is the STS Korea warehouse address?
Your Korean shipping address is assigned when you register and shown on your Account page in the STS dashboard. Use this address when ordering from Korean stores.
Rates and payment
What are the current sea cargo rates?
Regular rates start at PHP 350/kg for 1kg. Member rates start at PHP 250/kg. See our Help Center for the full rate table by weight tier.
How do I become an STS member for lower rates?
Complete more than 3 shipments of the same cargo type. Membership is automatic — no application needed.
When do I pay the cargo fee?
Cargo fee is paid when you receive your package in the Philippines. No upfront payment required for shipping.
Restrictions and policies
What items are prohibited from shipping?
Prohibited items include hazardous materials, flammable goods, live animals, perishable food, and items restricted by Philippine customs. See the Help Center for the complete list.
Is there a minimum or maximum weight?
No minimum weight — you can ship packages starting from 1kg. For packages above 100kg, the SME Assistance service is available with lower rates.
Account and registration
How do I register with STS?
Go to stslogistics.co/register and fill out the registration form. After verifying your email, you'll get access to your dashboard with your Korean shipping address.
How do I track my package?
Log into your STS dashboard to see real-time tracking for all your shipments. You can also use the Track Package feature on the homepage.
