Your rate depends on two things: how you ship (sea or air), and which client tier you're on. Here's how it all breaks down.

Most packages are ordinary — anything that isn't restricted or prohibited falls into this category.
A package is considered sensitive if it's paper-based (letters, cards, cups, etc.), lightweight but oversized, or generally larger in size than its actual weight suggests. Sensitive and undeclared packages are processed under the Manual Rate — Member and Partner rates don't apply to manually processed packages.
If a package has a mix of ordinary and sensitive items, it's usually still classified as sensitive when its size noticeably exceeds its weight. If the difference is small, our team may still classify it as ordinary.
Air cargo is priced per pound, plus an additional fee depending on the package category. Unlike sea cargo, air cargo rates aren't a flat all-inclusive price — the extra fee depends on size, category, weight, and box quantity.
Sea cargo, by contrast, has fixed rates that already include all standard fees, unless you have a special package or request that needs different handling.
Same process as sea cargo, but use the tracking number format AIR + Tracking Number (for example, AIR123456789).
