How to Pay & Receive Your Package

Updated January 2025 3 min read

Once your package arrives and your invoice is ready, here's how to settle your cargo fee and get your package into your hands.

Where do I find payment instructions?

When your package reaches our PH warehouse, we'll email you an invoice with your full charge breakdown and payment instructions. You can also view it anytime under the "Action Required" tab on your dashboard by clicking "View Invoice."

After paying, take a screenshot of your receipt and reply to invoice email you received. Admin will confirm it shortly and send your pickup or delivery instructions.

Note: Accepted payment methods are shown on your actual invoice, since these can be updated from time to time. Always check the payment instructions on your current invoice rather than relying on what you may have used before.

How do I receive my package?

Once your invoice is sent, click "Send Pickup/Delivery" on your dashboard (this becomes "Submit Pickup Details" after your payment is confirmed) and choose how you'd like to receive your shipment.

Pickup and delivery options

Bring a valid ID: whoever collects the package must present a government-issued ID matching the name on the pickup form. For couriers, our admin checks the rider's ID to confirm the booking. If the ID doesn't match, we won't release the package and we'll contact you right away.

What if my rider arrives before my payment is confirmed?

They may need to wait 10 minutes to 1 hour for the payment to reflect on our end. To avoid this, we recommend booking your rider only after your payment has been confirmed.

Can I change my pickup or delivery details?

Yes. Changed your mind, or did your rider cancel? You can cancel your pickup/delivery submission and send a new one right from your dashboard — no need to contact support.

Is delivery included in my cargo fee?

No — the cargo fee covers shipping only. Local delivery fees aren't included, so if you're having it delivered, that fee is paid separately to the rider or courier.

When are provincial packages dropped off?

Usually 3–5 days after your invoice is sent. If your cargo fee isn't settled before that drop-off window, your package will simply move to the following week's batch instead.

Can I choose between GGX and AP Cargo?

We'll use whichever courier actually services your specific area, to avoid unnecessary delays. Re-boxing for either courier isn't available at the moment.

Storage fees

Every invoice has a payment deadline — the due date shown on your invoice. If you pay and submit your pickup or delivery details on or before that deadline, there's no storage fee. After the deadline, storage accrues at ₱60/day per package, starting the day after the deadline (7:00 PM PHT), and stops once admin confirms your payment and you've submitted your pickup/delivery details.

How is storage calculated for manually processed packages?

Storage is based on your package's original batch date. For example: if your package was declared late on February 5 but belongs to Batch JAN 06 (which had a pickup deadline of February 1), storage starts from February 2.

If your package was declared before the pickup deadline but just hasn't been processed yet, storage is free up until the day your invoice is actually released.

30-day limit: Storage is capped at 30 days — packages left unclaimed past that point are flagged as forfeited and can no longer be retrieved. We'd hate for that to happen, so if anything's holding up your pickup, just reach out and we'll help sort it out.
