Once your package arrives and your invoice is ready, here's how to settle your cargo fee and get your package into your hands.
When your package reaches our PH warehouse, we'll email you an invoice with your full charge breakdown and payment instructions. You can also view it anytime under the "Action Required" tab on your dashboard by clicking "View Invoice."
After paying, take a screenshot of your receipt and reply to invoice email you received. Admin will confirm it shortly and send your pickup or delivery instructions.
Once your invoice is sent, click "Send Pickup/Delivery" on your dashboard (this becomes "Submit Pickup Details" after your payment is confirmed) and choose how you'd like to receive your shipment.
They may need to wait 10 minutes to 1 hour for the payment to reflect on our end. To avoid this, we recommend booking your rider only after your payment has been confirmed.
Yes. Changed your mind, or did your rider cancel? You can cancel your pickup/delivery submission and send a new one right from your dashboard — no need to contact support.
No — the cargo fee covers shipping only. Local delivery fees aren't included, so if you're having it delivered, that fee is paid separately to the rider or courier.
Usually 3–5 days after your invoice is sent. If your cargo fee isn't settled before that drop-off window, your package will simply move to the following week's batch instead.
We'll use whichever courier actually services your specific area, to avoid unnecessary delays. Re-boxing for either courier isn't available at the moment.
Every invoice has a payment deadline — the due date shown on your invoice. If you pay and submit your pickup or delivery details on or before that deadline, there's no storage fee. After the deadline, storage accrues at ₱60/day per package, starting the day after the deadline (7:00 PM PHT), and stops once admin confirms your payment and you've submitted your pickup/delivery details.
Storage is based on your package's original batch date. For example: if your package was declared late on February 5 but belongs to Batch JAN 06 (which had a pickup deadline of February 1), storage starts from February 2.
If your package was declared before the pickup deadline but just hasn't been processed yet, storage is free up until the day your invoice is actually released.
