As you ship more with STS, your rate improves. Here's how the three tiers work, and how to move between them.
If you're new to STS or have shipped with us fewer than 3 times.
To reach Member status, you'll need 3 shipments under the same cargo type. If you're brand new but your very first shipment is 10kg or higher, you'll receive the Member rate right away.
Partner status is for shipments of 100kg or more in a single batch — this tier comes with the lowest available rates and full coordination support. Learn more in SME Assistance.
