STS offers three services, built around what you're shipping and how much of it. Here's how to know which one fits you.
Own Package (OP) — "Ship Everything Korea"
Our core service. Once you register and get your Korean address, you can send your own packages to it — personal items, things you bought from online stores, OFW boxes, or anything else under 100kg.
What if my declared package goes missing from today's batch?
If your package was declared correctly, it isn't lost — a few things can cause a delay:
- Holiday congestion at the PH port, especially around Christmas or New Year
- Customs hasn't released it yet — clearance and inspection sometimes take a little longer
In these cases, your package is usually released with the next batch, typically the following week. Since it was declared correctly, we already have it on record and follow up with customs automatically.
What happens if I declared late, or didn't declare at all?
We'll still process and ship undeclared or late packages manually — but correctly declared packages are always prioritized first, to keep things fair for clients who follow the proper process.
Worth knowing: Undeclared or late packages are charged the Manual Rate (₱350/kg) and processed separately. Storage fees may also apply, and there's no guarantee the package can still be retrieved.
To try to recover an undeclared or late-declared package, use the Request Manual Review function in your dashboard. Select the date your package was delivered to our warehouse and submit — if the package can still be retrieved, your invoice will be sent through the website. If it can no longer be retrieved, we'll notify you by email. Note that packages are only held in storage for up to 30 days.
SME Assistance (SME) — "Expand Everything Korea"
Built for businesses. If you're shipping above 100kg, SME Assistance gives you full coordination with your Korean supplier, from order to delivery.

How do I become an STS Partner?
- Send your DTI or SEC permit
- Send your packing list or invoice so we can confirm shipment eligibility and quote
- Shipments must be 100kg or above
Online Shopping (OS) — "Shop Everything Korea"
Can't check out on a Korean site? We'll do it for you — free cart processing, no limits, and you pay in Philippine Peso.
How do I get started?
Send us the following and we'll prepare your quote:
- Full name
- Send each product link
- Note item quantity & options
- Total cart amount in ₩ (Won)
- Cargo type — sea or air
If the site is eligible for OS service and the item fee is paid, we'll process your cart.
Good to know: Currency conversion is based on the day's rate and isn't always exact, since we work with a third-party purchasing partner — but it's the lowest conversion available to us. Refunds are given if an item becomes unavailable or the seller cancels. Once your order is completely processed and paid, cancellations aren't possible — so it's worth double-checking before proceeding with cart checkout.
