We take shipping integrity seriously, both to protect our clients and to stay compliant with customs regulations on both sides.
Please note: legal action will be taken against anyone who attempts to ship illegal items or misuses the shipping details provided through their STS account.
To keep your account and shipments in good standing:
- Make sure all items are declared completely and clearly
- Undeclared items or misinformation about package contents will result in strict forfeiture
- Your shipping details may be suspended without prior notice if these terms aren't followed
Account Standing & Closure: We treat every shipment as an individual business arrangement between STS Logistics and our clients. To keep your account active, please follow our terms and engage with our service professionally. Account closures are
permanent and cannot be reversed or appealed. For full details, see our
